Hole 7

Eagle or Die

Par 5/HCP 3

This is a hole for very “straight” players.

The Tee-off is very narrow, and there is out of bounds on both sides of the fairway.

A well-aimed shot to the fairway is the best option.

The shot to the Green must take the tree in the middle of the fairway into consideration.

The elevated Green is defended by a Bunker, out of bounds and hedges.

Therefore precision is critical.

Out of Bounds: Rule A-1

Out of bounds is defined by the line between the course-side points at ground level of white stakes and fence posts.

Boundary objects (white stakes) are treated as immovable even if they are movable or any part of them is movable (see Rule 8.1a)

Local Rule A-4

During play of Hole 7, the Fairway of Hole 4 on the left of the hole, defined by white stakes with black caps], is Out of bounds. These stakes are treated as boundary objects during the play of Hole 7. For all other holes, they are immovable obstructions.
